Do you feel stuck? Out-of-sync with yourself or others? Sad or anxious and unsure how to move forward? I seek to help you restore safety, agency, intimacy, and joy within your relationships – including, and most importantly, your relationship with yourself.
We are made to flourish, but relationship ruptures, overwhelming events, or life transitions can knock us off balance. At these times, parts of ourselves can take on extreme roles. Together, we can attend to those parts, and allow the whole, authentic person you are to re-emerge.
I seek to provide a place where you (and all of your parts) will feel seen, understood, and valued. My approach is curious, committed, compassionate, and creative. We will go at your pace, helping you notice your strengths, places where you might feel stuck, and exploring how you might like to show up for yourself or others in a different way.
My practice is focused on adults. I have worked as a clinical social worker in healthcare and with older adults. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Circle of Security Parenting, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). While I do not file directly with insurance, I can provide an out-of-network superbill if needed.
